Almost every visit starts with heat and oscillator massage to help patient’s ease into treatment. Dr. Erin utilizes a diversified technique for hands-on adjusting, but also offers Activator adjusting as needed.
Soft Tissue Manipulation
If you need more in-depth soft tissue care, we offer cupping, scraping, myofascial release, and ischemic compression to your treatment.
Dry Needling
Very thin filiform needles are used to effectively release muscle tension and promote healing. This is a great option for stubborn knots. Most patients don’t even feel them go in!
